Gene A Miller

Gene is a professor of the practice at Brandeis Business ​School where she teaches leadership and management ​consulting in the social innovation space.


She has served on more than a dozen boards for a mix of ​not for profits, corporate and quasi government entities.


Her work capitalizes on her prior portfolio career that ​includes serving as an executive vice president for a ​successful bank turnaround in a dismal era for the ​industry. She also was one of eight outside trustees that ​worked closely with management to rebrand and ​reengineer a high profile hospital that was facing ​significant challenges.


Gene takes an innovative, strategic approach to her work. ​Her passion is developiong leadership while ​simultaneously driving social impact.
